Chief Information Security Officer Role
About the Position: We seek a seasoned security leader to establish and manage our organization's comprehensive security and compliance programs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and oversee our global security and compliance strategy, policies, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure security objectives align with organizational priorities.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive security awareness and training initiatives.
* Develop and maintain robust security controls, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Key Technical Skills:
* Expertise in cloud security architecture (AWS), network segmentation, IAM, and continuous monitoring.
* Proficiency in secure protocols, cryptography, and key management systems.
* Strong knowledge of application security (OWASP, STRIDE, TARA) and vulnerability mitigation.
* Familiarity with blockchain and smart contract security is desired.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 8+ years of experience in security engineering, product security, or infrastructure security roles.
* Proven track record designing and deploying security tools and frameworks at scale.
* Demonstrated ability to automate security controls, conduct penetration testing, and perform design reviews.
