Job TitleESM Consultant – Medical Laboratory ScientistOverviewLead technical activities related to HIV/AIDS clinical management and laboratory diagnostics at ECEWS.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and support for clinical management of HIV/AIDS, including ART, PMTCT, PrEP, and non‑ART care.Coordinate facility‑based and community‑based programs, optimize case finding and linkage to care, and support retention to treatment.Oversee laboratory and point‑of‑care diagnostic services for HTS and ART, manage sample collection, processing, logging, and reporting.Perform routine laboratory tests (VL, EID, CD4, TB LAM, CrAg, AHD) and support quality assurance systems.Manage data, generate reports, and support strategic information and research activities.Represent ECEWS at technical working groups and relevant fora.QualificationsDegree in Medical Science Laboratory or related field with at least 5 years of progressive experience.Valid practicing license.SalaryCompetitive.How to ApplyVisit the APPLICATION PORTAL to submit your application.
