We are looking for a professional to lead data conversion and loading lifecycle, ensure alignment with project goals, and oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform and functional teams.
This role involves coordinating and managing data conversion and testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects, and providing leadership and mentorship to other data team members.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.
Job Description
* Lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle.
* Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
* Coordinate and manage data conversion and testing cycles.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM) and their integration points.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.
* Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.
