We’re hiring a full-timeB2B outbound cold callerwho will focus solely onqualifying and live-transferring business ownersto our Account Executives.This is not a warm lead role. You’ll be calling prospects who don’t know us—so confidence, tonality, and outbound cold calling experience are essential.What You'll Do
Make500–900 outbound calls per day
Maintain250+ minutes of talk time daily
Achieveat least 1 qualified live transfer per day
Be on calls forat least 8 hours of your 9-hour shift(more if KPIs are not met)
Work in full coordination with a team of closers
Use provided scripts and tools as guided
Follow up via SMS when needed

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST(including 1-hour break)
