Reporting To
IT Manager / Operations Director – Brazil
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support (hardware, software, network)
* Maintain servers, workstations, and field devices
* Support cybersecurity protocols and data protection compliance
* Manage backups, disaster recovery readiness, and system monitoring
* Coordinate with offshore/onshore technical teams
* Maintain IT documentation and asset management records
Education & Qualification
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
* Relevant certifications preferred (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
Experience
* 3–5 years IT support experience (industrial or oil & gas environment preferred)
* Experience handling enterprise networks and remote support systems
