Training Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Training Operations Coordinator to join our team.
* Analyze client needs and determine session requirements
* Initiate and manage session creation, modification, and cancellation
* Organize sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability
* Collaborate with the Indian team for changes/updates in training events
Main responsibilities include:
* Follow up on attendance and invoice completion
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool
* Provide learner support level 2
The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to an international work environment, and high-level understanding of the training landscape.
