Account Management Professional
We are seeking an experienced Account Management Professional to play a key role in managing and growing our VIP customer segment at a major gambling operator.
The ideal candidate has experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the betting or online gaming industry.
Key responsibilities include:
1. VIP Client Acquisition: Assisting in identifying and onboarding new VIP clients through prospecting and networking.
2. Relationship Management: Supporting the management of VIP client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
3. Engagement Strategies: Helping execute engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty.
4. Incentives and Promotions: Working closely with senior team members to design and implement VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers.
Other skills required include strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino markets, comfort working with data and reports, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
