Effectively understands source language content and applies appropriate style and terminology to the target language. Utilizes organizational and time management skills to deliver assignments on time and within budget.Delivers Quality, Value, Results - Meets required standards for quality by understanding and correctly applying RWS's linguistic and project processes and procedures. May provide linguistic quality assurance (QA) testing of localized translations.) Effectively learns and utilizes translation tools to ensure the highestquality output.Functional Excellence - Learns important translation and linguistic tools by actively participating in both formal and informal learning opportunities such as training programs and on-the-job experience.
