Role Overview:
We’re hiring finance professionals who know AP, AR, accounting close, or finance systems inside-out — and want to help shape how AI understands finance workflows.
In this role, you’ll use your real-world experience with QuickBooks, Bill.Com, and Concur to create realistic finance scenarios, evaluate AI outputs, and improve the accuracy of next-generation AI systems.
What does day-to-day life look like?
* Create finance workflow prompts and real-world accounting scenarios
* Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and reasoning
* Build synthetic invoices, bills, reconciliations, and GL datasets
* Identify edge cases such as duplicate bills, sync failures, policy violations, and GAAP errors
* Help improve AI performance across finance operations and controls
We're looking for:
Professionals with hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable
* Accounting & Month-End Close
* Controller / Finance Management
* Finance Systems Administration
Requirements:
* 4–12 years of finance/accounting experience
* Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Bill.Com, and/or Concur
* Understanding of US GAAP and finance controls
* Excellent written communication skills
* Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
* CPA/CMA preferred (required for Controller-level roles)
Nice to have:
* Experience with AI evaluation, RLHF, or LLM projects
* ERP migrations, multi-entity or multi-currency exposure
* Basic Python or SQL skills
