IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing technical support for employees, both onsite and remotely.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests.
The successful candidate will have experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, ability to solve problems independently, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms.
* Deploy and integrate new productivity and collaboration tools.
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security.
Requirements:
* A working level of spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
