Role Overview:
We are seeking a remote IT Support Analyst to provide technical assistance for employees in Brazil. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently individually and as part of a larger team.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Analyze issues and develop solutions
 * Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware problems
 * Keep customers informed on ticket progress
 * Collaborate remotely with customers to resolve issues
 * Utilize internal resources to find solutions to known issues
 * Research external information to resolve complex issues when needed
 * Regularly update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
 * Elevate issues to necessary parties as required
Qualifications:
 * Associate's Degree student preferably in Information Systems or equivalent program, or proven IT experience required
 * Demonstrated experience delivering IT solutions within corporate environments
 * Familiarity with mixed Mac and Windows platforms
 * Background in centrally managed computer environments
 * Experience supporting A/V systems is an asset
