 
        
        As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering remote computer and system support to employees. Your key tasks will include analyzing issues and finding solutions, troubleshooting system, application, and hardware problems, and keeping customers informed about ticket progress.
Key Responsibilities
 * Analyze complex system issues and develop effective resolutions.
 * Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues in a timely manner.
 * Maintain regular communication with customers regarding ticket status.
 * Work collaboratively with customers to resolve technical problems.
 * Utilize internal knowledge resources to find and provide solutions to common issues.
 * Research external information to resolve complex issues when necessary.
 * Update the ticket tracking system accurately and consistently.
 * Evaluate cases for escalation and refer them to relevant teams as needed.
Requirements
 * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Systems or related field.
