Our organization is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead existing client relationships and cultivate new opportunities in the travel industry.
Key Account Manager Job Description
* In Charge of Existing Clients Within the assigned territory, managing the API Wholesale Online, API Retail Offline, and WebShopping Account portfolios.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business prospects.
* Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
