Senior Product Designer (2 Openings)Contract: 6–12 months (with possibility of extension)Engagement Model: Independent Contractor (PJ)We are hiring two Senior Designers to support a complex, enterprise-scale environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, navigates sophisticated stakeholder ecosystems, and drives design across overlapping product areas.What You’ll Be Doing- Lead end-to-end product design (problem framing → user flows → interaction patterns → UI → validation)- Translate ambiguous or messy requirements into clear UX direction and prioritized scope- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to plan increments and define trade-offs- Produce high-quality Figma deliverables (journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, specifications)- Coach and support mid-level designers when neededMust-Have Requirements- Expert-level Figma execution (this is non-negotiable)- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills- Experience working in large, complex, and robust enterprise environments- Background in regulated, technical, or high-compliance industries- Ability to operate across UX and visual design- Working knowledge of research methodologiesNice-to-Have- Experience in Healthcare or Financial Services- Analytics background- Experience with workshop tools (Miro, FigJam)- Service blueprinting experience
