About the Role

Our focus is performance-driven growth through digital channels including TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, and paid media.
We're looking for a high-execution Influencer Outreach & Partnerships Manager to build and scale our TikTok and YouTube creator network.
This role is responsible for sourcing creators, negotiating performance-driven deals, and managing a high-volume outreach pipeline while maintaining strict ROI discipline.
This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role for someone who thrives on ownership, negotiation, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Creator Outreach & Pipeline Management
Source, vet, and qualify TikTok & YouTube creators daily
Execute high-volume, targeted outreach with structured follow-ups
Maintain 100% CRM visibility across 200+ active conversations
Deal Structuring & ROI Oversight
Analyze creator performance (views, engagement, consistency)
Structure performance-driven offers aligned with CAC/ROAS targets
Track committed spend and manage budget discipline
Negotiation & Contracting
Lead negotiations from first contact to signed agreement
Send contracts, collect signatures, and maintain documentation
Coordinate with Finance for timely creator payments
Operations & Execution
Track shipments, posting schedules, and deliverables
Ensure creators post on time and follow agreed terms
Maintain weekly scorecards and reporting
Performance Optimization
Monitor analytics and creator performance
Scale top performers
Rotate or optimize underperformers
Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of influencer marketing with measurable ROI results
Strong negotiation skills with margin protection mindset
Advanced Asana + Google Sheets proficiency
Experience managing *******+ parallel conversations
Excellent written & verbal English (C1)
Highly autonomous, execution-oriented, detail-driven
Nice-to-Have
TikTok Shop affiliate experience
Knowledge of CAC, ROAS, AOV
Inventory coordination exposure
Hybrid (flat + commission) deal negotiation
High-volume creator pipelines
