Job Description
This role involves the implementation and transition of new or changed IT services. The successful candidate will execute and manage the implementation, ensuring a smooth transition into operations, coordination with stakeholders, and adherence to defined standards and timelines.
* Implementation and Transition: Ensure seamless integration of new services into existing infrastructure.
* Operation Management: Manage daily operational activities, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient running of assigned IT services.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality, reliability, and efficiency.
* Knowledge Management and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of service processes, configurations, and knowledge articles.
* Project Management: Execute tasks and responsibilities within service-related projects, ensuring effective project delivery and alignment with project goals.
* Cost & Financial Management: Support financial management of services, providing information and analysis related to cost control and budget adherence.
* Information and Escalation: Provide technical expertise and assistance for service-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, combined with several years of relevant work experience. Additionally, proficiency in IT FrontEnd Services, processes, and tools is required, as well as a strong understanding of ITIL processes.
