Overview Gerente Regional de Vendas (Canal Indireto) - Brasília at Red Bull. The Regional Manager is responsible for managing the region's indirect channel, defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model that ensures excellent customer service, as well as continuous brand development, visibility, and volume. To achieve this, they must lead, train, engage, and motivate a team of sales coordinators. Responsibilities Area Objectives: Achieves the targets of volume and distribution for his/her area. Ensures the correct implementation of the planned actions in the annual Business Plan. Maintains the correct stock levels in the corresponding distribution area. Strategy and Planning: Definition of a long-term distribution model for the area. Performs the annual investing and sales estimate for each Distributor. Sales Management and Team Leadership: Is responsible for creating and developing a strong commercial relationship with the Distributors based on a win-win focus. Encourages the Distribution Partner Managers to define ad hoc action plans for the distributors in order to ensure the long-term development of the brand. Leads the Distributor’s Task Forces by focusing on their strengths in order to maximize their performance and potential. Analysis: Analyzes all variables that can affect the development of the brand in the area of responsibility and defines action plans to manage deviations. Administration: Is responsible for the correct management of the budget and for the control and replacement of the free goods in the area. Gathers in a periodical the necessary information from the Distributor’s (stocks, global sales, agreed consumptions…) and shares it internally with the people who may be affected. Reports periodically about evolution of the Distribution’s objectives.
