Information about Agilent is available at www.agilent.com .Job DescriptionAs Enterprise Program Adminstrator you will be responsible by operational, administrative and logistics processes in the Brazil Customer Service Organization and interfaces with external and internal customers and service providers and suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in operational, administrative and logistics processesRespond to customer requests and inquiriesPurchasing processes of materials and servicesRegistration of new suppliersPayment of invoicesBilling services controlInventory equipment managementSending and receiving equipment for maintenance abroad and to customersSending equipment kits and supplies to service providers and remote employeesCheck and audit expenses reporting of remote employees and service providersTracking service providers metricsSolve a broad range of problems varying in complexity, involving multi-departmentsProvide customers with the highest quality of products and servicesEssential to demonstrate great sense of responsibility, ethical posture, and compliance with policies and standards of Agilent Technologies.QualificationsQualificationsGraduated in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent area2+ years working in a scientific or quality control lab or comparable experienceExcellent problem solving and verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented personDemonstrated effectiveness working in a team environmentStrong planning, organizational skills and sense of urgencyDemonstrated ability to successfully direct the actions of othersAbility to work with team members remotelyUnderstand and apply appropriate quality improvement processesDemonstrated ability to adjust quickly to process and policy changesConcentration CapacityExcellent keyboarding skills and knowledge of PC applications - including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)Advanced or fluent in EnglishAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
