Training Operations Coordinator Job Description
The Training Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of training sessions to NIIT's customers in Frankfurt. This position is part of the Operations team and involves coordinating training session delivery, working closely with the customer's learning delivery team, and ensuring proper execution of training activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of training operations and be able to analyze training needs, determine the number of sessions required, and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation. They will also be responsible for organizing training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability, as well as calibrating and coordinating with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs and determine the number of sessions needed.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
* Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability.
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
* Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required.
* Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
Requirements
* Experience:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Skills and Qualifications:
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented posture.
* Team player.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM.
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS (added advantage).
* Fluent in English.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint.
