We’re growing our team and looking for a Digital Media Manager who’s ready to take full ownership of paid media campaigns — from planning to performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn
Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time
Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging with media
Prepare reports and insights for internal teams and clients
Stay current with trends in digital advertising and platform updates
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in paid media
Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and at least one other platform
Experience managing budgets from $10,000/month and up
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Able to work independently and manage timelines effectively
What We Offer:
