Project Management Tools - This role acts as the primary interface between project teams, DT, and business stakeholders to ensure tools are effectively leveraged for project delivery and portfolio management. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Business Process Owner for designated project management and enterprise systems, accountable for end-to-end process design, workflow optimization, and system integration to align functionality with business objectives and regulatory requirements Act as the key user and subject matter expert for the suite of Project Management tools, ensuring optimal configuration, utilization, and alignment with evolving business needs Support tools implementation and deployment, providing end-user support and training Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure seamless integration of PPM tools within project workflows. Analyze business requirements and propose enhancements to project management tools, optimizing processes for both project delivery and sales order management. Monitor tool performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with IT and vendors for troubleshooting and upgrades. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines for all supported tools. Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics within PPM, and other project management tools. Participate in system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and the implementation of new tools or functionalities. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience PPM tools, including configuration and process support. Experience in project management tool administration or a similar role. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to train and support end-users at all levels. Experience with other project management platforms (e. G., MS Project, PPM tool. ) is highly desirable. Competencies: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
