Responsibilities:
* Source, evaluate, and present high-quality technology candidates to our clients.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Excellent teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
