Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:- Integrate gender considerations into policy and reforms- Identify barriers for women-led businesses- Develop gender-responsive strategies- Support inclusive economic developmentRequirements:Education- Master’s degree in gender studies, economics, social sciences, or related fieldGeneral Professional Experience- Minimum 9 years of experience providing economic policy advice to governmentsSpecific Professional Experience- Minimum 7 years of experience in business and investment climate reforms- Minimum 5 years of experience in gender and economic empowermentDevelopment Cooperation Experience- Minimum 5 years in development cooperation projectsLanguages- English (C1 mandatory)- Knowledge of French or Spanish (C1)Inclusion in the expert pool does not guarantee immediate assignment but provides access to project opportunities as they become available.
