Job Title: Agile Team Facilitator

Agile Methodologies are crucial for successful project management. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team, supporting multiple teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles;
* Support and guide one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team;
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery;
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices;
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress;
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback;

Required Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master;
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums);
* Familiarity with SAFe Scaled Agile Framework certifications are a strong plus;
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar;
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts;
* Experience working with distributed global teams;

A SAFe certification is highly desired Bachelor's degree in a related field optional. The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively in a remote environment comfortable collaborating with teams across North America Europe and Asia and willing to learn adapt and evolve within Agile frameworks.
