Senior AI Software Architect
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AI software architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and experience with Golang, C#, .NET, or Java.
This role combines applied AI/ML expertise with strong back-end engineering skills, ensuring our agentic systems are not only functional but scalable, secure, and production-ready.
The successful candidate will own the full lifecycle of AI services from data ingestion and model training to real-time deployment and monitoring while continuously adapting to evolving requirements in a fast-moving industry.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-native services that transform the utility sector.
Build APIs, microservices, and orchestration frameworks that seamlessly connect AI models with enterprise systems and grid-level data flows.
Own the complete AI pipeline from ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and continuous deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Address vulnerabilities unique to AI, such as model drift, bias exploitation, and hallucination control with sensitivity to regulated environments.
Partner with software engineers, data specialists, and security teams to integrate AI capabilities into our broader product innovation.
Requirements:
5+ years of applied ML/AI engineering experience, ideally with exposure to enterprise/mission-critical systems.
Strong proficiency in Python and either Golang, C#, .NET, or Java.
Expertise with ML/LLM frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or equivalent.
Experience with vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and modern MLOps practices.
Track record of deploying AI services in production.
Strong grounding in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
