The Sales Compliance Manager oversees the team of Compliance team members and leaders and is responsible for ensuring all Sales Compliance initiatives and standards are implemented and upheld by supporting prevention methods, regular inspection & evaluation, and comprehensive reporting & auditing.
The Sales Compliance Manager will also lead cross-functional projects responsible for ensuring customer experience and quality sales standards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a team of on-site and remote team members spanning multiple domestic, and potentially international, geographiesPartner with stakeholders to inform and further develop our compliance standards; define and execute on our inspection process of Expert performance measurements against those standards and our client requirementsRecruit, develop, and evaluate a team of leaders and team members; drive ongoing technical and personal development for direct reportsMonitor team metrics, projects, initiatives, and impacts, and provide regular readouts to leadershipWork with cross-functional partners to continuously improve processes and technologyFacilitate knowledge sharing and upskilling in compliance standards and processes for auditing organizationsEnsure proper training and implementation of compliance tools and processes throughout all levels of the organizationLead and/or observe listening and calibration sessions; ensure continued calibration with partners and stakeholdersAct as a subject matter expert for sales compliance across channels; provide recommendations to Sr. leaders and develop initiatives in responseCollaborate and create strong interpersonal relationships between departments and teams for total experience monitoringConsistently gather stakeholder feedback to identify needs and ensure proper support; suggest improvements or changes to operational policies/procedures where appropriateProvide ad-hoc facilitation, strategy sessions, and training on new and existing compliance systems, scorecards, and proceduresWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM: Experience leading and collaborating cross functionallyAbility to prioritize multiple initiatives, delegate where needed, suggest/implement new solutions to complex problems, and drive resultsAbility to quickly build strong, trust-based relationships and communicate clearly (both in writing and verbally)Strong executive presence (even under stress) and ability to influence without authorityExperience creating, testing, implementing, or evaluating Compliance programsStrong business acumen and ability to drive team members and partners toward a visionCapable of working in an autonomous, fast-paced environment while ensuring priorities and deadlines are met to standardSuccessfully manage multiple projects/initiatives concurrentlyDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years of people leadership experience2+ years of quality, compliance, regulatory experience or related field2+ years of experience or leadership in analytical duties including tracking and managing dataWelcomeUse this site to view the status of applications you've submitted and to take action on important tasks related to those applications.
