Job Role:
We seek a skilled individual to fill the role of Financial Record Keeper. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage financial records and ensure timely compliance.
1. Accounting Expertise: The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of local accounting standards, including knowledge of GAAP requirements and proficiency in preparing accurate financial records.
2. Compliance Management: They will be responsible for maintaining accurate local books, including customer invoices, intercompany invoices, vendor invoices, fixed assets, and provisions. Regular reconciliations with SAP maintained by the shared service team are also required.
3. Payroll Administration: The successful candidate will process payroll with the assistance of a consultant, ensuring timely employee payments, including full and final settlements.
4. Employee Claims Settlement: They will settle employee claims as processed by the shared service team in a timely manner.
5. Financial Reporting: Our ideal candidate will prepare and submit financial accounts according to local GAAP within specified timelines and ensure timely advance tax payments and return filings with consultants' and shared services teams' support.
