Looking for a Viral Video Scriptwriter + Editor who can consistently create viral-style performance video ads using AI tools at scale. You will own the output like it’s your channel, not a “tasks” role.

Own the end-to-end creative pipeline for short-form video ads:
* Research the market and audience
* Write scripts that hook hard and hold attention
* Edit fast, clean videos using AI + simple editing tools
* Ship volume, learn from results, and iterate daily
What success looks likeFirst 30 days
* Learn our offers, compliance guardrails, and what “good” looks like for us.
* Deliver a consistent daily output of scripts + edited videos (with clear naming and organization).
* Build a repeatable workflow using AI tools for speed (script, voice, visuals, editing, captions).
* Show you can research the US consumer and write in natural, native-sounding English.
By 90 days
* Ship a reliable volume of creatives every week with clear variation by hook, angle, and structure.
* Consistently produce multiple “winners” per month (videos we can scale spend behind).
* Maintain a simple testing system: what you tried, what worked, what failed, and what to do next.
* Become independent: you don’t wait for perfect direction to move.
By 12 months
* Fully own a creative machine that feeds our ad accounts nonstop.
* Have a documented system another creator could follow.
* Be the go-to person for viral ad formats, hooks, and creative strategy across offers.
What you will do
* Write short-form ad scripts (UGC style, narration, simple scenes, strong hooks).
* Do research (audience pains, language, objections, comments, competitor ads).
* Edit videos in CapCut (or similar) and ship finished assets ready to launch.
* Use AI tools to generate footage, b-roll, voice, captions, and variations fast.
* Create lots of iterations: new hooks, new openings, new pacing, new visuals.
* Organize deliverables cleanly (folders, versions, naming, notes).
Who you are
* You have a portfolio of viral videos, ad creatives, or short-form edits.
* You have strong English and can write like a real US consumer talks.
* You understand basic copywriting: hook, problem, proof, offer, CTA.
* You can edit quickly in CapCut (or similar) and keep pacing tight.
* You’ve used AI tools to create videos at scale (not just one-offs).
* You move fast, learn fast, and you care more about output and results than comfort.
