The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a SAP Business Analyst, who wants to learn and transform their career.ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholdersTranslate business needs into functional specifications for SAP solutionsConfigure and/or support SAP modules as required (e.G., FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.)Identify process improvement opportunities and propose optimized solutionsParticipate in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projectsProduce functional documentation (FDD, BRD, AS-IS and TO-BE processes)Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality deliveryAssist with end-user training and post-go-live supportEnsure adherence to IT governance and best practicesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fieldsPrevious experience as a Business Analyst or similar roleHands-on experience with SAP (one or more modules)Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentationFamiliarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or traditional (Waterfall) methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred)>
