About the Job
As an Integration Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences from post-sales through implementation of our products and services to Go Live and immediate post Go Live support. You will set timelines according to project scope, support clients in end-to-end technical integration, and ensure all systems are set according to scope. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and mitigating risks to Go Live or any other related deliverables.
About Key Responsibilities:
* Follow standardized Client integration procedures and implement improvements as needed.
* Efficiently lead an integration plan for each new Client opportunity.
* Manage multiple Client Integrations at the same time that are in various stages in the pipeline.
* Maintain a professional supportive relationship with all departments in the organization.
* Track and monitor key integration functions including timeline, certification, live testing, and project closure.
* Present an overview of OneSource portal for Clients pre-Go Live.
* Maintain a strong personal initiative and ability to execute with minimal oversight.
* Drive projects, establish priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
* Assist with PVT for new products.
* Manage internal integration projects as needed.
About Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
* 2+ years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, or other relevant project management experience.
* 1+ years of experience with payments or ecommerce.
* Excellent project management skillset.
* Successful track record of driving results by utilizing consultative skills.
* History of building and escalating customer relationships at all levels.
* Attention to detail, professional presentation skills and ability to work with complex projects.
* Strong organization and communication skills required to effectively work with other areas of the business.
* Ability to be flexible and work consistently in a dynamic and changing environment.
* Effectively manage and/or triage Implementation related escalations in a timely manner.
About Reporting and Location:This role reports to the head of Client Project Integrations. The location is Sao Paolo, and no route travel is expected.
