We are looking for a Project Manager or Human Resources Manager to strengthen our team at the Lusophone Institute of Research and Development (ILIND) to support the Scholarship Support Unit (NAB). The NAB aims to centralize, coordinate, and supervise all processes related to the management of research scholarships awarded within the scope of COFAC, including FCT scholarships and internal COFAC scholarships (FAZER+, Seed Funding, among others).Contracting EntityActivitiesCoordinate the complete management cycle of FCT and COFAC research grants, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.Prepare, validate, and file contractual and administrative documentation related to grants.Support the financial execution of grants, in coordination with the relevant services (HR, Finance, Legal, ILIND).Ensure legal, administrative, and financial compliance by preparing reports and dossiers for audits.Serve as the single point of contact and support for fellows, providing clear information and personalized follow-up.Implement internal quality and compliance procedures (checklists, records, audits).Collaborate in the standardization of processes and in the coordination between the various units and COFAC funding programs.RequirementsAcademic Background: Higher education in Management, Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Science and Technology Management, or related areas.Professional Experience: Proven experience in managing scholarships or R&D projects, preferably with FCT funding.Knowledge of applicable regulations (RBI, EBI) and internal COFAC standards.Solid knowledge of administrative and financial management, including document control and audit preparation.Ability to organize, plan, and meet deadlines.Rigor, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and supportive to scholarship holders.Proactivity, autonomy, and team spirit.Proficiency in digital collaborative work tools (Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).Good command of the English language (minimum B2 level).ConditionsN/ALocationSchedulefrom Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PMOther NotesN/AOther RemunerationCompensation based on qualifications and experience;Professional development opportunities in a transnational higher education environment;Educational benefits.Start2025-12-02Company
