Job Description
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Project Manager to serve as a strategic bridge between management and development teams.
* Act as liaison between stakeholders and nearshore ServiceNow development team.
* Drive full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform.
* Manage project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
* Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements.
* Lead requirement-gathering sessions and oversee project deliverables.
Main Responsibilities:
Project Management
* Oversee end-to-end platform implementations.
* Manage project timelines and documentation.
ServiceNow Expertise
* 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
* Proven track record in end-to-end implementations.
Requirements
* Strong experience in project management and team leadership.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1+ level).
Bonus Requirement
* Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or other HR modules within ServiceNow.
