Job Opportunity
We are seeking a senior software engineer to provide technical leadership and guidance to our development team.
* At least 5 years of experience as a lead developer
* Over 9 years of experience in Java development and working with Spring Boot frameworks
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a retail environment
* Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms
* Experience building microservices using Spring frameworks and deploying them to cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure in an agile setting
* Hands-on experience in API development, including RESTful and SOAP web services
* Working knowledge of databases and storage systems, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
* Experience with event-driven and message-oriented middleware, such as IBM MQ, Apache Kafka, or RabbitMQ
* Demonstrated ability to build and lead technical teams, with or without direct reports
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience leading engineering projects and integrating PIM platforms, such as Akeneo
