We are hiring a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment strategy and operations across South America, covering both blue-collar and white-collar hiring, including seasonal and high-volume roles ("safra"). This strategic role will lead a team of TA professionals, drive innovation through digital transformation, champion Employer Branding (EVP), and implement a data-driven approach to talent acquisition. A critical part of this role is promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) at every stage of the hiring process, while collaborating closely with senior executives, including business presidents and directors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit for senior level positions across the region.
• Lead, inspire, manage and develop the regional Talent Acquisition team, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and purpose-driven culture.
• Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to HR, business leaders, and executive management.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies across South America for both blue-collar and white-collar roles, including seasonal workforce planning.
• Champion DE&I in hiring practices, ensuring diverse candidate pipelines, inclusive job design, and equitable selection processes.
• Drive the digitalization of recruitment, including the adoption of modern ATS, AI sourcing tools, and automation for efficiency and scalability.
• Strengthen and localize the Employer Brand to attract diverse top talent and build a consistent employer brand across markets.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and corporate policies in multiple countries.
• Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree mandatory. Preferably with a postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Project Management, or Business Management.
• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with leadership role managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Track record of success developing junior and senior recruiters and talent.
• Proven experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment in industrial, manufacturing, or agricultural environments.
• Demonstrated success in embedding DE&I strategies into recruitment frameworks and achieving measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment technology and digital tools (e.g., ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and analytics dashboards).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
• Experience in a matrixed, fast-paced, and multicultural organization.
• Advanced English and either Spanish or Portuguese (ideally both).
