Key Responsibilities:
* Drive lead generation through outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Conduct research and segment leads using premium software tools
* Execute targeted cold calls/day, plus daily emails and LinkedIn messaging
* Secure qualified meetings with senior-level executives (VPs, Directors, Founders)
* Track activity and pipeline through internal systems
* Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure meeting quality and client alignment
* Optimize outreach campaigns based on performance metrics and conversion data
We're seeking an experienced sales development representative with 2–5+ years of SDR experience in a B2B consulting or staffing/recruiting environment. Proven success generating meetings with mid-market U.S. clients is essential. If you have mastery of cold calling and sales engagement tools, a strong understanding of professional services, especially in technology, product, or executive search, and are comfortable with high daily activity targets and KPI-driven accountability, we want to hear from you.
