Our ideal candidate will proactively identify and implement machine learning algorithms for a range of use cases in order to drive client performance.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of sophisticated machine learning models for various marketing purposes, including:
Optimizing the investment mix of marketing campaigns.
Determining a lead's propensity to purchase.
Recommending products to existing customers.
Forecasting future performance for clients.
Mentor junior data scientists and guide cross‑functional teams in leveraging data‑driven insights.
Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to understand complex client needs and translate them into innovative data science solutions.
Design and oversee A / B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of our solutions.
Create and present insightful visualizations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Stay at the forefront of advancements in machine learning and data science, particularly in marketing applications, and lead the implementation of cutting‑edge solutions.
Drive the adoption of best practices in data science across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Ph.D. preferred in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in applied data science, with at least 2 years focused on marketing analytics or related fields.
Proven track record of leading successful data science projects in a marketing, digital agency, or related environment.
Expert-level proficiency in Python, with extensive experience using libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
Advanced knowledge of MLOps practices and experience leading the implementation of MLOps workflows.
Deep expertise in advanced machine learning algorithms like XGBoost, Neural Networks, Regression Analysis, and Collaborative Filtering, with a focus on marketing applications.
Strong experience with SQL and database management, including working with large-scale datasets.
Proficiency in R and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
Strong project management skills and experience working directly with clients.
Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align data science initiatives with business objectives.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
