- Translating business requirements provided by Operations
- Take part in technical design sessions; developing technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives and best practices
- Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform, including Community Expansion
- Follow coding standards and participating in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
- Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks- Recommend new practices for design, delivery, release management- Experience most aspects of Salesforce Administration: configuration, standard data model, security, quick actions, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approvals, etc.
