Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Remote / EST but must be located in Colombia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing relationships with key clients. This role involves identifying opportunities, developing tailored solutions, and achieving revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong consultative selling skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on Inceptra’s solutions and services.
Conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handoff to implementation teams.
Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline tracking and forecasting.
Collaborate with internal solution engineers, product specialists, and customer success teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, engineering software, or digital solutions.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling PLM, CAD, or engineering solutions (e.g., Dassault Systèmes, Autodesk).
Established network within relevant industries.
Technical aptitude to understand complex software solutions.
