Job Title: IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
* Document and track all incidents using IT service management tools.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese languages.
