This is a remote position that requires working East Coast hours. The role involves liaising between IT and business stakeholders to support complex application needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in architectural discussions to evaluate proposed solutions
- Support and implement solutions, ensuring successful introduction across the organization and with clients
- Perform technical analysis and prepare recommendations as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of related Production support experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with global teams
Skill Set
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, C++, Django
- Experience with various app/networking monitoring tools like Splunk, Appdynamics, Prometheus
- Familiarity with DevOps, Agile, & Lean practices
