Business/Function Analyst
* Requirements Analysis and Specification:
* Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for the development team.
* Solution Design and Testing:
* Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs.
* Stakeholder Management and Leadership:
* Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Risk Management and Budgeting:
* Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects.
* Documentation and Support:
* Provide comprehensive user documentation and training materials.
* Continuous Improvement:
* Analyze and resolve system problems and incidents.
Essential Requirements (Hard Skills): Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a business or functional analyst in an IT environment Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Languages: Advanced English and/or French Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio. Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana Knowledge in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
