* 8+ years of project management experience in Agile (Scrum) environments.
* Proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps and Agile methodologies.
* Exceptional communication skills, including conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
* PMP certification and CSM.
