**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize and separate documentation according to requests.
- Assist with backlog or special projects as needed or directed.
- Coordinate data and information in spreadsheets.
- Screen phone calls, take clear and complete messages, and direct calls to the appropriate individual.
- Meeting with internal and external clients.
**What You Will Need**:
Education and Experience
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or secretary, with a minimum of two years’ experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be skillful in the use of various PC software programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Must have effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of employees and outside clients in a professional and business-like manner.
- Must have the ability to deal with deadlines
- Ability to prioritize workload and handle assignments simultaneously as may be required.
- Must have the ability to handle multitasking
- Ability to obtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System.
- Knowledge about SIFAC, Deloitte Portal and similar will be an advantage.
**Reporting Relationships**:
Reports to a Manager level.
