Brand & Marketing Designer (Part-Time / Fractional)
Hi, we're looking for a highly motivated team player to join our hungry squad as a Brand & Marketing Designer.
We're building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market. We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics.
What You'll Do:
* Own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.
* Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces.
* Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).
* Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week.
* Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).
* Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight, moodboard, concept, production, iteration.
* Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.
What Success Looks Like:
* Enhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS.
* Asset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops.
* A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.
Who You Are:
* 6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house).
* You know the category patterns - and how to break them.
* Exceptional taste.
* Refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it counts.
* Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; you've got references at your fingertips.
* Not afraid to be bold.
* You can defend strong creative while staying coachable.
* Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with.
* Low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply.
Tools: Figma & Wordpress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed.
Bonus Points if You...
* Have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling).
* Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops).
* Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first).
* Have experience building componentized design systems for marketing.
