In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and mapping processes to define acceptance criteria. You will also work on eliciting and documenting requirements, integrating entry points and output, and defining metrics and success criteria.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and ensure that business requirements are met. Your expertise in agile methods and management tools, such as Jira, will be valuable assets in this role.
Your responsibilities will include creating test cases and performing functional validation, reporting defects and following up on corrections with the technical team. Additionally, you will work on delivering and invoice processing flow, integrating entry points (app) and output (EDI), documenting integrations, data formats, and business rules.
