Drive Business Growth
This role is responsible for spearheading business expansion and brand promotion across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong market insights, channel development capabilities, and the ability to devise independent sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
Brand Product Sales & Promotion:
Lead the sales and brand management of SSD and DRAM products in various markets. Promote Acer and Predator dual-brand SSD/DRAM/memory card products. Develop Lenovo-branded SSD business to increase brand market share and visibility.
Market & Customer Development:
Foster potential business opportunities, including new clients, channels, distribution partners, projects, and bidding opportunities. Understand regional market characteristics and industry trends, and formulate corresponding sales strategies.
Customer Relationship & Maintenance:
Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with existing clients, assist in solving sales and technical issues, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly collect local market intelligence and propose constructive suggestions and strategic adjustments.
Sales & Profit Achievement:
Responsible for developing and executing quarterly and annual sales plans to ensure achievement of sales and gross margin targets. Analyze sales data, track performance, and manage budgets.
Channel & Regional Operations:
Achieve familiarity with one or more of the following market channels: Indonesia, the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, the Middle East, Europe, etc. Establish and maintain good cooperation with local agents, distributors, and retailers to enhance brand coverage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Marketing, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in international business or brand channel sales, preferably with a background in IT hardware or storage product sales. Familiarity with SSD, DRAM, memory card product features and markets is beneficial.
Excellent command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to communicate fluently with international clients. Proactive, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and adapt to cross-cultural work environments. Willing to travel overseas occasionally to support business expansion needs.
