* Create original content, including educational carousel posts (we'll give you tools and templates), graphics, and short-form video
* Write captions that match our brand voice
* Coordinate with influencer partners: send briefs, collect and review their content, schedule posts
* Respond to comments and help build an engaged community
* Research potential micro-influencers using tools like Modash and hashtag research
* Keep the content calendar organized and posting on schedule
* Light video editing in CapCut or similar (trimming, captions, formatting)
What We're Looking For

* Genuine interest in social media, content creation, and marketing
* Some experience creating content (personal projects, freelance, a previous internship, or managing an account count)
* Basic video editing in CapCut, iMovie, or similar (essential)
* Organized, reliable, and able to hit deadlines
* Self-motivated, you'll get guidance, but we want someone who takes initiative
* Available 6 hours per day
Nice to Have
* An eye for clean, educational content design
* Interest in health, wellness, or fitness
* Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or influencer research platforms
What You'll Get
* Real, hands-on experience building a brand from day one
* Direct mentorship from the founder
* Flexible remote work
* Room to grow into a larger role as the company scales
