About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, with a high-level understanding of the training landscape.
Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, and cancellation, and organizing training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.
The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize activities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and Salesforce or other CRM tools is required.
Familiarity with Cornerstone or other LMS systems is an added advantage.

Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations
* Exposure to an international work environment
* High-level understanding of the training landscape

* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage
* Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement
