What You Will Do Scale the Account: Push our Meta ad spend from its current $700K per month toward $2-3M per month while maintaining or improving ROAS through relentless creative testing and iteration. Deep Psychological Strategy: Build concepts based on deep customer personas and match specific marketing frameworks (unaware, problem-aware, solution-aware) to those personas and their desires. High-Volume Output: Produce a high volume of quality concepts weekly, working seamlessly with our graphic designers and leveraging AI tools (like nanobanana pro) to build statics on your own.
