We invite an experienced, organized, and flexible Travel Specialist to join Dev.Pro, enhancing the overall expertise of our Travel & Hospitality department. Our team oversees logistics and travel services for our global internal teams and clients. In this role, you will coordinate internal and external business trips, client visits, and personal travels, providing top-notch services to our specialists and clients, and manage visa applications.

Is that you?
1.5+ years of experience as a Travel Specialist/Agent
Proficiency in travel management, including organizing trips from scratch
Experience in handling visa applications
Upper-Intermediate English level
Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours
Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office apps
Eagerness to learn and deliver top-tier services to clients and teams
Solid customer service skills with a collaborative mindset
Desirable:
Experience in IT or a related position within the Travel/Aviation industry
Experience in international travel and working within English-speaking environments
Experience in handling visa applications
Key responsibilities and your contribution
You'll help ensure seamless travel experiences for Dev.Pro contractors, top management, and clients by handling various travel-related tasks, including visa applications, trip budget management, and policy updates.
Provide recommendations on flight routes, fares, bookings, and travel services
Manage trip budgets, oversee travel expense processes, and generate reports
Advise contractors on travel documents, insurance, and regulations
Cooperate with the financial team to monitor and reconcile travel expenses
Verify rates for best fares, corporate discounts, and preferred rates
Conduct research on accommodation, flights, and additional travel services
Implement the latest booking tools and contribute to internal process improvement
Assist with visa applications for contractors and clients (US, UK, Brazil, ESTA, etc.)
